USB Cable
USB Type C - A 3.0 Cable - PB485
USB 3.0 Type-C to Type-A cable — connects USB-C phones, drives and accessories to the USB-A ports still fitted to most desktops, docks, chargers and car systems.
Overview
The PB485 runs USB-C to USB-A at the USB 3.0 generation. It is the highest-volume shape in this family, because it sits exactly on the fault line the market is still crossing: new devices have USB-C, and the ports they must plug into — desktop PCs, monitors, docking stations, car head units, wall chargers, hotel and airline seats, hubs of every kind — remain overwhelmingly USB-A.
Specifying USB 3.0 rather than 2.0 on this shape matters for what people actually do with it. Backing up a phone, moving video off a USB-C SSD, or reading a card through a USB-C reader are all bulk transfers where the interface generation directly determines how long the user waits. The two cables look nearly identical and fit the same sockets, so the specification is the only thing that distinguishes them once they are in a drawer.
The USB-C end is reversible and seats either way up. Construction is a black PVC jacket with a one-piece moulded housing at each end, so there is no shell seam to separate and strain is spread along the jacket.
Each unit ships with one cable. Length, jacket colour, printed branding and retail or bulk packaging are customisable for OEM/ODM orders.
