This FAQ answers the questions procurement and product teams ask most often when sourcing HDMI, USB-C, DisplayPort and custom cables directly from a manufacturer in China. Ordering and minimum order quantity
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the product, connector type, cable length, packaging and whether the order is a stock item or a custom build. Custom colors, custom lengths, printed logos and retail packaging each have their own minimums. Rather than quote a single number that would be wrong for most orders, we set MOQ per project — please contact us with your target specification and quantity for a quote.
Can I order samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. We provide samples so you can validate fit, finish and performance before committing to production. Stock samples and custom samples are handled differently, and sample and tooling costs depend on the specification. Request a quote and we will confirm sample availability, cost and turnaround for your exact item.
OEM and ODM
What is the difference between OEM and ODM here?
With OEM (build-to-print), you supply the specification or design and we manufacture to it. With ODM, you start from one of our existing designs and we adapt it to your requirements. Both routes are available.

Which certifications and quality systems do you hold?

What compliance documents can you provide for imports?
For applicable products we can supply certificates and test reports such as CE, FCC, RoHS and REACH documentation, plus HDMI and USB-IF certification evidence where the product is certified. Tell us your destination market and the exact SKUs, and we will confirm which documents apply to your order.
Are your HDMI and USB4 cables genuinely certified?
Yes, for the certified product lines. We manufacture HDMI 2.1 Ultra High Speed certified cables (48 Gbps, 8K@60Hz) and USB4 cables certified through USB-IF. Certification applies to specific models rather than the entire catalog, so confirm the certified SKU that matches your requirement when you request a quote.
Packaging, lead time and logistics
Can you produce retail-ready and private-label packaging?
Yes — retail blister packs, color boxes, hang-tags and inserts, printed with your artwork. Barcodes and market-specific labeling can be added. Packaging tooling and print setup are quoted per project.
What are your lead times?
Lead time depends on order size, customization, packaging and current capacity. Stock items ship faster than fully custom builds with bespoke packaging. Because a published number would mislead for most orders, we quote lead time together with the price — please contact us for a quote.
How do you handle shipping and Incoterms?
We support common Incoterms and can arrange export by sea or air. Share your destination and preferred terms and we will include logistics options in your quote.
