DP to HDMI 8K/30 Adapter - PF355K8
Full-size DisplayPort to HDMI 8K@30Hz adapter, aluminium shell with nylon-woven cable — for desktop graphics cards and workstations with a standard DP output.
Overview
The PF355K8 takes a full-size DisplayPort input and outputs HDMI at up to 8K@30Hz. Full-size DP is the desktop connector: it is what discrete graphics cards, workstation towers, docking stations and most standalone monitors put on the back panel, and it is the highest-bandwidth output such a machine typically offers.
Pairing that with 8K output is a deliberate combination. A workstation driving an 8K panel or a large-format display wall is exactly the case where the source has a full-size DP socket and the display takes HDMI, and where a low-bandwidth adapter silently negotiates down to a lower resolution instead of reporting a problem. Specifying an 8K-rated conversion is what keeps the panel running at its native resolution.
Within this range only the input connector differs: the PF352K8 accepts Mini DisplayPort for Mac, Surface and business-laptop sources, and the PF403K8 accepts USB-C for modern thin laptops and tablets. All three produce the same HDMI 8K@30Hz output, so the choice is made entirely by what socket the source machine has.
Construction is an aluminium shell with a nylon-woven cable and OFC oxygen-free copper conductors. Branding and packaging are customisable for OEM/ODM orders.
