DisplayPort to VGA Adapter (1080P) - MP354
DisplayPort to VGA adapter, 1080P@60Hz, white ABS with 24K gold-plated contacts — drives VGA monitors and projectors from a DisplayPort graphics output.
Overview
The MP354 converts DisplayPort to analogue VGA at up to 1080P@60Hz. It is an active conversion — DisplayPort is digital and VGA is analogue, so the signal is genuinely re-encoded rather than re-pinned.
The case for it is the equipment that will not be replaced. Desktop PCs and workstations put DisplayPort on the graphics card, while classrooms, lecture halls, training rooms and older office floors are full of VGA projectors and monitors that are ceiling-mounted, working, and years from renewal. This adapter is what lets current hardware drive them at all.
It is also the practical answer when a machine has to reach a display it was never specified for — a temporary second monitor pulled out of storage, a projector in a room that was never upgraded, an older KVM installation in a rack.
Where the display has a DVI input rather than VGA, the MP353 in this range makes the equivalent conversion and keeps the path digital throughout, which is the better choice when it is available.
Built with 24K gold-plated connectors, OFC high-purity oxygen-free copper conductors and a white ABS housing. The box contains one adapter. Housing colour, branding and retail packaging are customisable for OEM/ODM orders.
