The MP438 is the VGA model in this 3-in-1 range. From a single USB-C port it provides analogue VGA video at up to 1080P@60Hz, one USB 3.0 Type-A port running at up to 5Gbps, and a USB-C Power Delivery pass-through carrying up to 60W.

VGA is the deciding feature. A great many meeting rooms, classrooms, lecture halls and hotel function rooms are still fitted with projectors whose only input is VGA, and those units are ceiling-mounted and years from replacement.
