This FAQ answers the questions buyers ask most often about private label, branding and packaging when sourcing directly from a manufacturer. Project-specific figures such as minimum order quantity, sample and tooling costs and lead times vary by product and volume, so where a number would depend on your order we say "request a quote" rather than publish a figure that would not apply to your case.
Private label, branding and packaging
Do you offer private-label (OEM) branding?
Yes. We produce unbranded product and apply your brand through printed or laser-marked connectors, custom cable colors, and private-label retail packaging. The product ships as your own brand with no Tonetron marking.
What packaging options are available?
Retail blister packs, color boxes, hang-tags and inserts, printed with your artwork. Barcodes and market-specific labeling can be added. Packaging tooling and print setup are quoted per project because they depend on format, print method and volume.
What artwork do you need from us?
Print-ready artwork (vector logo and packaging design) plus your barcode and any required market labeling. Our team confirms dielines and print methods per project so the final packaging matches your brand.
What compliance documents can you provide for imports?
For applicable products we can supply certificates and test reports such as CE, FCC, RoHS and REACH documentation, plus HDMI and USB-IF certification evidence where the product is certified. Tell us your destination market and SKUs and we will confirm which documents apply.
What are typical lead times for custom-packaged orders?
Lead time depends on order size, customization and packaging. Stock items ship faster than fully custom builds with bespoke packaging. Because a single published number would mislead for most orders, we quote lead time together with the price — contact us for a quote.
